   Formed and led a new Global operations team combining both service/sales operations as well as US and Europe service operations. Through globalizing the regional roles we were able to share best practices, establish global standards, and streamline tools, metrics and dashboards for the global commercial organization. Completed knowledge transfer from exiting employees to ensure support Salesforce and CPQ tools. Developed new global sales KPI dashboards in DOMO under new commercial leadership direction.
