I am so happy to be back in the broker world. About 20 years ago 68% of all mortgages were originated by brokers. That number moved down to like 8% and I ended up working for a couple of these bloated mortgage banking companies. Now I am back to being an Independent Broker where 23% of all mortgages are originated now. It is a completely new world and with all of my knowledge and all of the choices I have for clients with wholesale lenders to choose from, I am having fun again AND providing exceptional service. It really feels GREAT! How can I help?
