Continually vet and network with vendors, contractors and subcontractors to maintain competitive bids, diverse vendor pool and ensure Federal Realty\'s best in class standards. Compile and improve internal SOP\'s for streamlined operations, reduce redundancy in work efforts and centralize data sets used by multiple departments.
