About Holly Brauchli

I am a passionate believer in the need for strong advocacy for every person who interfaces with the three key systems that can control almost every aspect of a person’s life – law, medicine, and employment. I believe that too often, these systems are abused to result in the subjugation of people. I am proud to be working to assist people in exercising their voice to find power in navigating a way forward.I hold extensive experience in and outside the courtroom – having presented several trials, handled hundreds of depositions, and worked with millions of documents. I have been practicing for over a decade and operate as lead counsel on complex cases. I am comfortable collaborating with experts and in handling appeals. My favorite part of the work, however, is the connection I build with clients, learning about them and the facts of their case at a deep level. I take particular joy in being able to build a case in partnership with my clients and move it forward in a manner that they are comfortable with and proud of. I believe justice is uniquely defined by each person, and I seek to obtain results that my clients truly define as success.
