I have ~20 years experience leading the development and application of Computational Systems Biology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science techniques to address translational medicine challenges in cancer, immunology, and immuno-oncology. I am especially interested in integrating large-scale clinical, EHR and laboratory data with high-throughput single-cell sequencing data to stratify patients and identify potential therapeutic interventions.
