   Web on AndroidCurrently implementing low-overhead Perfetto tracing software for tracking user input events and Chrome tasks that utilize too many resources on the Browser UI thread. This project is intended to produce longer and less noisy traces to better diagnose causes of scroll jank.Designed and implemented data warehouse and visualization software for identifying the Chrome tasks that cause delays in user scrolling on the Chromium browser on Android devices. Implementation included new developer flow and data backfill software. Data has been used by multiple development teams to track scroll jank reduction and prioritization of cause investigation.Audited the navigation framework within the Chromium codebase for complex architectural dependencies that caused data corruption (over 400 instances found). Designed a mechanism for removing each instance of potential data corruption. Redesigned and implemented persistence of page navigation details based on audit results.Implemented activation checks to ensure that navigations to prerendered pages would load the correct page. This work was critical for the MPArch project to be ready for user trials.
