ABOUT HOLLYANN MARTIN CRAMER
I’m a dedicated Career Development Specialist with a passion for people and creative problem-solving. In my current role, I am fortunate to lead impactful youth and community engagement programs, including building dynamic career exploration events, managing internship programs and hands-on experiences, and developing and facilitating professional development programming.I love guiding others through the career exploration process, helping individuals uncover their strengths and providing the resources and coaching they need to build lasting careers. I’m especially passionate about early career navigation, helping individuals manage the often uncertain period between high school and discovering their first real career step.What excites me most about my work is the ability to see people grow and succeed, whether it’s watching someone land their first healthcare role or seeing an individual gain the skills they need to thrive in a new career. My work is more than just a job; it’s about making a lasting impact on the future workforce.
