Conduct a thorough review of engineering drawings, encompassing isometrics and piping plans, with a focus on specific pipe specifications. Ensure that these drawings are in strict compliance with project requirements and industry standards. • Reviewing and preparing Material Take Off (MTO) for piping materials. Oversee the procurement process for both piping and mechanical packages and meticulously generate Purchase Requisitions (PR) in strict accordance with project specifications and requirements. • Provide essential assistance in vendor and supplier coordination, including the preparation of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) reports. Take charge of raising queries for technical clarifications (TC) with vendors when required, aligning with the PR requisites. Collaborate closely with the team to expedite package preparation, ensuring that materials are readily available well before the commencement of fabrication. • Create comprehensive job cards, outlining specific tasks and associated man-hour estimations for the installation of mechanical skids and piping systems, all in preparation for offshore mobilization. • Support to the commissioning team during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities offshore. This includes conducting essential tasks such as leak tests, system tests, flushing, alignment, and rigorous functional testing for mechanical skids and piping systems. • Exert diligent oversight over the construction and installation of mechanical skids, as well as the fabrication of piping systems. Ensure that all work is executed with a paramount focus on safety, efficiency, and strict adherence to design and quality standards, both at the fabrication yard and offshore. • Maintain a high standard of professional communication with client, addressing all matters pertaining to the mechanical and piping scope. Effectively handle client inquiries and concerns, ensuring their utmost satisfaction with project progress and outcomes.

I am a Mechanical & Piping Engineer with over 4 years’ experience in EPCIC offshore projects, delivering complex scopes for PETRONAS Carigali from design review to offshore commissioning. Across 414 days at sea, I have led riser installation/modification, mechanical equipment integration, heavy lifts, and commissioning works — contributing to over 1 million safe man-hours without incident. I am currently finishing my MSc in Subsea Engineering at University of Aberdeen and expected to graduate in 2026, building advanced expertise in subsea systems, riser technology, asset integrity, offshore construction planning, and renewable energy applications.
