Hi! I currently serve as a Director of Association Solutions at MCI USA. I work with MCI’s Association Solutions clients including the Association of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Nurses. I support various associations utilizing my experience and expertise in membership development, governance and board management, and operations. I lead and develop membership development strategies and continue to provide strategic advice to my clients. In 2021, I was honored to receive the 2021 Blooming Talent Award for Promoting Entrepreneurship. Over the past 12 years, I\'ve focused my career on association management best practices and building donor relations to further promote the mission and vision of nonprofit organizations. I\'ve led initiatives that grow the visibility of organizations through personable outreach and promoting the value of the organization through stewardship and membership. I\'m an experienced association professional with expertise in board and volunteer management; membership acquisitions and strategy; strategic planning, and building relationships with stakeholders. I\'ve been a member of the Association Society of Association Executives (ASAE) since 2013 and I\'m currently working towards obtaining my Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential.
