Organized and chaired standing group officers’ meetings, business meetings, and sponsored panel presentations. ‣ Maintained organizational communications by corresponding with the Director of Affiliated Groups and responding to members’ email and social media inquiries. ‣ Authored, co-authored, or edited the standing group’s annual activity reports, sponsored panel proposals, business meeting proposals, social media/web policies, and website purpose statement (globalnonwesternrhetoric.wordpress.com). ‣ Created and managed the organization’s social media profiles on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube (@globalrhetorics). ‣ Initiated a video series featuring conversations with global rhetoric scholars across the nation. This began with organizing and hosting a live webinar with a professor from Pennsylvania State University in May 2023, which was published on our YouTube channel in June 2023.

Award-winning writer and educator with extensive experience that spans consulting, editing, teaching, program development, and research, alongside an extensive publication record. Ph.D. in Rhetoric, Writing, and Discourse Studies + M.A. in English/Professional Writing + B.A. in International Relations. Recognized for a passionate commitment and empathy, my focus is on relationship-building and collaboration.
