I have worked in Education recruitment for over 10 years. Originally I focused on the recruitment of candidates for Special Educational Settings. But since opening Hazel Tree Education in 2022, we now cover all roles required to keep a school running. We have quickly become a success, thanks to a unique non-pressured approach, where the schools and learners are genuinely at the heart of what we do. We have kicked the cheesy sales approach out of the door, and work as humans helping other humans. What I feel is important to get across is simply, how much we care, how much we can save your school financially, and how transparent and flexible we are.
