Hello! I\'m Hazel Manghrani, an enthusiastic undergraduate psychology student at FLAME University, also pursuing a minor in design. My academic journey is fueled by a passion for understanding the complexities of human behavior and a love for creative expression through art and design. My background in psychology equips me with a deep understanding of cognitive processes, emotional intelligence, and human interaction, while my design minor allows me to translate these insights into visually compelling and user-friendly creations. This unique combination of skills enables me to approach problems from both analytical and creative perspectives, fostering innovative solutions that resonate on multiple levels. Throughout my academic career, I\'ve worked in various content writing positions where I reported on intriguing psychological research. I\'ve delved into a range of extracurriculars in my university through The Psychology Club, Art Club and student-run magazines such as The Context. I also run a small business which sells crochet products pursuing my passion for art and entrepreneurship outside of academics. I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals, explore internship opportunities, and contribute to projects that align with my interests in psychology, art and design.    Grit Environmental Design Research Studio

   May 2025 — Present · Pune, IN

   I developed the Array of Play Diversity (APD) into an on-field physical evaluation tool. I also conducted post-occupancy evaluations of YashONE and Yashwin by Vilas Javdekar Developers on Hinjewadi through observation.
