As a Senior Strategic Management Consultant with extensive experience in the public sector, I specialise in driving transformative projects that enhance community infrastructure and services. My work spans various sectors, including government, health and social care, and urban regeneration.I have been instrumental in supporting the public estate through strategic initiatives that optimise asset management and service delivery. Notable projects include the Trafford Locality Review, where I contributed to improving public sector infrastructure, and the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority Land Assets Review, which focused on maximising the value and efficiency of public land assets.I am trained in \'Building Better Business Cases\' and have successfully delivered business cases for parliament that quickly passed governance. My expertise in business case development ensures that projects are not only viable but also aligned with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.My passion for urban regeneration is exemplified by my involvement with Altrincham Forward, where I played a key role in revitalising the town centre and establishing the Business Improvement District. This initiative has significantly boosted local economic growth and community engagement.Currently, I am furthering my expertise by pursuing an MSc in Place Management and Leadership at Manchester Metropolitan University.
