Part of the operation team for hospitality and premium seating within The OVO Hydro- Building key relationships with stakeholders, owners, members and partners- Preplan catering forecast and information to allow our stakeholders to plan effectively for upcoming shows- Monitor shared inboxes as well as my own- Correspond and organise Owner and Members tickets, guest list, requirements- Deal with ticketing queries and aid with ticketing sales- Post show information downloaded. Accurately record guest attendance level as well as income for each area within hospitality and record food ordered to aid with forecasting – Share this information with relevant teams- Liaise with internal and external stake holders to ensure clients requirements are met- Act as Duty Manager on event nights and deal with any issues that arise. This can often be ticketing, behavioural, health and safety issue. As duty manager I am responsible for team of host and team leaders as well as working with stakeholders such as security and catering- Optimise restaurant reservation via the sale of our upgrades via push emails and in weekly newsletter to members- Regularly use PCI, SUMUP, RESDIARY, SHOWTIME- Active role in preplanning, operations and informing stakeholders as well as clients of rebrand. Rebrand on our Restaurant to The Hydeout and the transformation of 3 larger suites in to one mega Super suite- Conduct market research for HOD when required- To produce and distribute event documentation for each event held at The OVO Hydro, including guest registration details and catering requirements, to relevant internal and partner stakeholders- Liaise with external suppliers for activations in hospitality and organise relevant risk assessments.
