I have a breadth of experience and can help leaders like you navigate a variety of challenges.With a deep understanding of the intricacies of leadership and the complex dynamics within teams and organisations and by using a powerful approach, I provide that space for introspection and guide individuals to discover their own solutions. I am an ICF MCC certified coach and an experienced Transformational Leadership Coach, Coach Supervisor, Coach Mentor and Facilitator who has worked with clients with varied backgrounds, covering different working cultures and challenges and across various industries in a broad range of sectors, including Healthcare, Retail and Tech.I support individuals and teams gain clarity and awareness, and I believe that we all have the answers we seek. By encouraging individuals and teams to break away from the daily pressures of work and embrace this reflective process I will help you to find that “light bulb” moment to gain clarity and focus to become the best version of you.
