The BCRG governs and collects risks to be reviewed by the security partners to align business requirements while protecting the customer and representative experience. In the role as compliance analyst. duties includes Internal Audit Review and Compliance Review for the GCO ( Global Customer Operation) Business (Wireline, Wireless, VZ Connect, Federal, SLED, VBG, VCG, SPC, Security, Risk and Internal Audit Partners). Support Operation Support serving in project manager role to represent the business in developing business requirements and impact analysis, along with End to End solutions for the business. Infomanager/ Policy & OST review including updating OST content to ensure current and correct, working and accurate hyperlinks & emails. Along with assisting in the creation of new OST, compliance review of information and as serve as contact to initiate legal review as necessary. SPC workgroup to address pain points within OSTs and training material to increase partner\'s performance and KPI measures. Risk Mitigation for the business, in assisting with Internal Audit action planning, creating attestation documents, Cross Channel Initiative support, in conjunction with governance & consultation assistance for the business.
