Member of the Senior management team at Trilateral Research, leading strategy and operations to develop our research and commercial operations to provide ethical AI software and services to those tackling complex societal challenges. Key responsibilities include: managing an interdisciplinary team of 40+ staff, including: product management, software engineering, data science, UI/UX, subject matter experts, marketing and business teams. I support our team in advancing the use of sociotech methods in the design and delivery of our SaaS solutions. Further I support cross-organisational collaboration, and where appropriate change management. I also manage the Marketing function within the company.
