I’m a technology professional with over a decade of experience driving innovation and efficiency across both corporate and nonprofit sectors. My journey spans roles at industry leaders like Google, Cisco, and General Electric, where I’ve served as a Corporate Operations Engineer, Program Manager, and Scrum Master. I bring a deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and XP methodologies, with hands-on experience managing full project lifecycles in fast-paced environments.For 10 years, I also contributed part-time to a nonprofit initiative supporting the National Park Service, where I led the design, architecture, and maintenance of a nationwide Learning Management System (LMS) used by park rangers across the U.S. In 2019, I founded Hailstorm-Development, a fully remote web development agency focused on creating intuitive, user-centered websites for small to midsize businesses. Since launch, we\'ve partnered with clients like Strive Financial, Logic Philly, Logic BJJ Online, and Silver Creek School Corporation—delivering tailored solutions that support growth and digital presence.I earned my B.S. in Informatics from Indiana University’s School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering, with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction/Design (HCI/d), Human-Centered Computing, and Health Systems Administration.I\'m passionate about solving complex problems through thoughtful design and agile delivery—and always open to connecting with others who share that drive.
