ABOUT HAYLEY BALOGH
I am currently in my second year at CWRU School of Law. I am interested in healthcare law and corporate and business transactions. At the moment, I am a legal extern at the Ohio Attorney General\'s Office in Cleveland, where I am utilizing my research and writing skills in writing memorandums, briefs, and motions with attorneys in the civil rights division. At CWRU, I am taking Legal Writing with a focus on transactions, where I am learning how to do a transaction from the beginning to the end between two companies. This course is giving me invaluable skills in contract writing skills that I hope to utilize this upcoming summer.
