ABOUT HAYLEY KILLENGREY
I’ve spent the last 16+ years in the world of software engineering recruitment, long enough to have seen trends come and go, but still just as curious about what’s next. Along the way, I’ve built a global network across the UK, Europe, and North America, thanks to time spent living and working in California and London. These days, my focus is where things get really exciting. I partner with mission-driven companies across MedTech, HealthTech, and AI4Science, helping them build exceptional AI Research and Engineering teams. The kind of teams working on problems that actually matter: improving healthcare, accelerating discovery, and pushing science forward. I’m especially interested in the intersection of AI and real-world impact, not just building cool tech, but building tech that does good. Outside of day-to-day recruiting, I Co-Founded Women in DevOps back in 2017 (before it was a “thing”), creating a space for knowledge-sharing, community, and championing diversity in tech. That same drive to open doors and create opportunity still runs through everything I do. I’ve also been part of Trinnovo Group for 12 years and was a Founding Member of Trust in SODA, so building things from the ground up is very much my comfort zone. More recently, that passion for AI-led change led me to launch DeepRec.ai with my partner, Anthony Kelly, where we\'re staffing the world’s best AI and Deep Tech companies
