As the Vice President of Marketing & Customer Experience at LION, I lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. With nearly 20 years of experience in the fire and emergency services industry, I have a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of our customers and partners.I am passionate about bringing voice-of-the-customer feedback to the LION innovation team to assist R&D efforts that improve first responder safety. I also collaborate with our field sales team, distribution network, industry partners, and end users to develop new and grow existing business and partnerships. My goal is to educate first responders about LION\'s entire portfolio of products, services, and capabilities, and to increase market penetration and enhance strategic partnerships.
