Provision of user support and training on ocean applications of satellite data, management of feedback between user(s) and operational satellite agencies, mostly in support of the European Commission Copernicus Programme. Current work includes development and implementation of user engagement theory of change and monitoring and evaluation frameworks. Implementation activities include maintenance of technical and scientific guidance on data products; support to hosted processing and new data service development; strategy and planning for user engagement and training events; development of practices around open source code for training; and production of outreach material (MOOCs, videos, podcasts).In addition to my main role, I was elected as a delegate, and then the vice-chair of the EUMETSAT staff association committee (SAC) in 2023.
