Supporting formally IPAS (International Pipeline and Access Strategy team)- Now GMAP Eyecare/CNS Toxin Team\\\\n\\\\n• Operations management of Adboards on behalf of the Business Owner\\\\no Coordinating the review of all materials relating to each ad board in Veeva\\\\no Making sure the team is up to date on all compliance related issues\\\\no Advisor payments processing\\\\no FMV setting\\\\no Transfers of value reporting\\\\no Raising POs and Vendor Contracting support\\\\n\\\\nProject Vendor Management\\\\no Managing Budgets\\\\n\\\\nBusiness Process mapping\\\\n\\\\nGeneral project support for the team working with Vendors contracting/POs/compliance\\\\n\\\\n• Programme Coordinator for the GMAP Expert Panel\\\\no Ensuring all planning and interactions are up to date on the tracker\\\\no Liaising with compliance to make sure we have received all documents relating to each interaction\\\\no Contracting and checking number of hours available\\\\no Support on the reconciliation of invoices\\\\no Support GMAP team on any training require\\\\n\\\\n• AccessHub Migration and Programme Coordinator support\\\\no Updating training slides\\\\no Working with IT on tweeks and amendments to the AccesHub platform\\\\no Uploading test interactions\\\\n\\\\nGMABI Transition\\\\nI am also supporting the L-AGN Eyecare/CNS Toxin Team on the new Abbve systems and processes moving forward putting together guidelines for the team, making sure we are liaising with the correct Abbvie contacts, Process mapping and attending all relevant training to support the team on legal/compliance requirements so that we have an integrated approach.\\\\n\\\\n
