A highly motivated operational & strategic leader with an inquisitive mind, I’m always ready to drive & deliver change. Since the summer of 2021 I’ve been leading a fantastic new team – we have the privilege of looking after Non-Trading Total Facilities Management across Sainsbury’s estate, with a huge focus on creating a great place to work for our support colleagues! I’m loving my journey with Sainsbury’s and am excited to build on the great work we’ve done so far as we continue to respond at pace to an unprecedented retail environment.
