ABOUT HAYLEY STANDEN

20+ years at the sharp end of people and business, building strong people strategies, leading through transformation, and getting to the core of why some organisations perform and others don’t.What I’ve learned from leading people functions to training for triathlons is that performance is rarely about capability. It’s about clarity. And what gets in the way is almost always something the person or the business can’t quite see yet. That’s what I do. I help people see it.I’m a Chief People Officer, a transformative coach, a triathlete, and a British Triathlon coach. I founded Inspired Intentions because I wanted to do the work I find most meaningful, helping businesses and the people leading them perform at a different level.Sport has shaped everything about how I work. It’s taught me more about resilience, self-belief, and what people are truly capable of than any leadership programme ever has.
