About Hayley Lane
As a fourth year student in the College of Business, I am working towards earning a degree with a major in Human Resource Management. Over the course of the next year my goals include gaining new knowledge and skills that will help me work towards my future career goals. My current skills include that I am a hard worker and strive to work outside of my comfort zone. I am looking further to expanding my skills here at Kent State University.I am currently in Delta Gamma, this allows me to network myself with many other girls who can be future connections. I am currently the Director Of Archives for Delta Gamma, having this position has been super beneficial and has allowed me to gain a lot of experience. I also am apart of Kent State SHRM. I hold the VP of marketing and recruitment title within the organization. This will allow me to network myself with other Human Resources students.
