First of all, thank you for viewing my profile. Having spent over 15 years in the legal sector and most of that time within litigation I have developed a range of experience in commercial and civil litigation matters including debt recovery, breach of contract, repossession, developing a specialism in probate/will disputes and trust of land claims.Understanding the importance of my client’s needs and requirements is an important aspect to reach a swift and desirable resolution to their problems. I am passionate about helping both companies and individuals achieve this whether it is through dispute resolution or court proceedings.3 Things I do (My value) Understanding you, the problem and what outcome you hope to achieve Advise you practically and commercially based on your goals Helping you to achieve the best possible result whether it be through dispute resolution or whether court proceedings are requiredI work with companies who have a range of problems such as outstanding debts and contractual disputes and individuals who have found themselves in a dispute with others whether that be over unpaid invoices, breach of contract or a dispute arising from a will or property.Outside work, I keep fit by walking my dogs, attending an outdoor Large group PT gym, coaching yoga and a range of fitness sessions and regularly take part in outdoor activities and events such as mud runs and surfing. I also enjoy travelling.
