ABOUT HAYLEY JARVIS
I feel fortunate to have worked in sport my whole career, the majority in the third sector. My current role as Head of Physical Activity at Mind is incredibly varied and includes;* securing and providing strategic oversight to our Sport England and National Lottery funded programmes including Get Set to Go and our Sector Support programme developing and leading Mind\'s strategic sports partnerships including with the English Football League (EFL) ASICS and our support to the Heads Up campaign and the Mind Series* our influencing and advocacy work in sport and physical activity including the Mental Health Charter for Sport and Recreation in partnership with the Sport & Recreation Alliance and Professional Players Federation, Mental Health in Elite Sport and Moving for Mental Health with the Sport for Development Coalition. I am regular spokesperson on the topic of mental health and sport at both a grassroots and elite level bringing my professional, personal and voluntary experiences into sessions. I am passionate about sport, physical activity and inclusion and believe that everyone should be able to access high quality physical activity. I have a \"can do\" attitude and believe great partnership working is down to great people, I am lucky to have worked with some of the best!
