A passionate and driven Commissioning Manager working within adult social care, focused on designing services and partnerships that meet complex needs with compassion, through strategy and clarity.My work spans commissioning cycles end-to-end: from needs analysis and co-production to procurement, contract mobilisation and performance. I support the development of services that are person-centred, outcomes-focused and grounded in what is actually needed. Alongside my role in local government, I founded The Hayes Collective - a consultancy that supports organisations from small, purpose-led organisations in the VCSE sector to larger charities, and the public sector. We help teams and organisations strengthen their strategy and operations in a way that reflects their values and the communities they serve.My approach across both roles is shaped by lived experience, and a belief that effective systems start with listening, and that support should feel human, not transactional.
