Key Projects: • Recently finished working with Hampshire OPCC on their return to office strategy. • Assisted on defining Watford Borough Council\'s brief for their new ways of working strategy, the journey will continue via post occupancy evaluations and further engagement. • Currently working with Reading Borough Council on their reception redesign project which includes embedding their customer experience strategy. • Currently working with HCC on their post Covid-19 office accommodation project. • Delivering internal training to Mace colleagues on \'Conversations for Health\' with a focus on wellbeing and leadership. • Recently became a WELL AP and a will be training to become Leesman AP later in the year.
