About Hayley Grossman

As a former 7th grade English teacher in Boston, I spent 7 years developing my practice to ensure that I was supporting students and teaching through an equity lens in order to help students achieve at high levels. For 5 years, I took on the role of cohort leader and instructional coach. This experience allowed me to serve as a teacher leader within my school community and ensure clear channels of communication between teachers on my team and the administrative team. In my time as a cohort leader, I worked to encourage creative problem solving and cohesion as a team in order to provide a united front and an excellent learning environment for students. As an instructional coach, I worked closely with rookie and veteran teachers to provide targeted feedback to improve their overall efficacy in the classroom. Now as a sales manager in EdTech, I leverage the expertise I cultivated in school-based roles to support administrators and educators in districts across the country. Through empathetic listening and relationships built on a rapport of trust, I am able to make thoughtful recommendations to administrators to provide solutions that not only address their specific needs, but also will drive student growth. This work is incredibly meaningful and provides the opportunity to promote educational equity and cultivate meaningful learning experiences for students on a broader scale.
