Works alongside the Executive leadership, HR centers of excellence, and the business to lead complex and broad-reaching transformation projects across Human Resources and the entire firm. More than just project management, this role includes process improvement, HR strategy, and Change management. These projects have included work such as: • Designing and implementing the HR Transformation and Change team’s long term strategy • Drive the Enterprise Change Management initiative to make Change Management a core competency and expectation across all levels and roles within HR and eventually across Schwab. • Redesigning the severance process and managing its implementation into Workday • Standing-up the Vaccination and Testing program, including Workday and ServiceNow processes • Creating the Workplace Flexibility Program (remote work and hybrid flexibility program) • Scaling up our Talent Acquisition efforts to enable the Ameritrade/Schwab integration • Aligning all HR teams to a new HR Operating model through organizational restructuring and the use of ServiceNow. • In response to COVID, equipping the onboarding program, including Workday, to function in the virtual environment • End-to-end Payroll process review and improvement initiative • Leading Onboarding Program Transformation, including Workday enhancements
