ABOUT HAYLEY CATHERALL

Hayley qualified in 2002 having worked in family law since the age of 19. Hayley has a wealth of experience in all aspects of family law dealing with divorce, financial matters, co-habitation matters and children matters to include children issues with social services involvement. Hayley has dealt with numerous high net worth cases in relation to the breakdown of marriages, civil partnerships and in relation to cohabitation disputes. Hayley has also dealt with complex cases children cases with social services involvement. Hayley is one of only three Accredited Resolution Specialist in the area of co-habitation in Merseyside and can provide detailed advice to include the preparation of co-habitation agreements. Hayley is also an Accredited Resolution Specialist with respect to domestic abuse and remains committed to assisting both men and women who have been victims of domestic abuse. Hayley is thorough and has an acute attention to detail. Hayley is a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500 and works diligently on her client’s behalf and doing her upmost to achieve a successful outcome. Hayley is very supportive of the charitable work that MSB does in the community and is passionate about the social impact the firm actively promotes. Hayley is a mentor for various apprentices within the firm and thoroughly enjoys assisting with training programmes.
