A trusted Business Partner working closely with Directors and Heads of business units across the Global Supply Chain to devise and deliver strategic, operational and tactical people plans aligned to business goals and strategic Depot programmes supporting Primark’s global growth plans. Both a strategic and hands on role to provide full life-cycle HR experience for colleagues in 9 countries spanning from China to the USA. Key responsibilities• Devise and deliver strategic people plans to ensure readiness for an ambitious growth strategy in European and US markets and the implementation of a £1B Depot Investment Programme focussed on new build depots across Europe and the USA and automation implementation in new and existing depots• Working collaboratively with global HR functions and CoE’s to implement strategic HR programmes in line with Primark’s People Strategy across the global Supply Chain function• Lead, coach and develop a competent P&C team to deliver all elements of the employee lifecycle by providing exceptional service and demonstrating our People First ethos• Management of complex individual and collective ER issues at local and national level in the UK and Spain• Ensure delivery of a full D&I and wellness calendar to drive involvement and inclusion for all• Providing first line HR support to Regional teams in Bangladesh, China, Turkey, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, UK, ROI and US ensuring they feel fully engaged and truly part of the Primark family• Working with Global Heads of Logistics to manage global 3PL providers in multiple geographic locations to ensure robust people plans aligned operational and strategic goals
