This includes strategic leadership responsibility for functions such as HR, Legal Services, IT, Governance, Corporate Communications as well as supporting Elected Members. As a member of the Council Management Team, I operate in a complex and diverse organisation with a commitment to continuous improvement and working collaboratively, influencing and shaping the future of service delivery.
