Manage a team of 7-9 employees serving GLG’s largest account, leading to commercial success + meeting above 100% of 2024 YTD target- Exceed targets in H1 2024 (part of the highest performing team within the business in H1)- I am developing multiple high performers, including two of the highest performing individual contributors in 2024 - I build strong relationships and GLG promoters with must-win client teams along the East Coast (Boston, Philadelphia, New York, and Canada)- Grew and improved my team of seven individual contributors through a company-wide org restructuring and multiple leadership changes (including consolidation of business units, transitioning from a geography-based business unit to a global one, and taking on new departments under the Client Services umbrella - managing project support teams, training recruiting / lead generation associates, partnering with/leading India support teams, and expanding our project offerings to include Health Care related industries).
