Develop reports by creating queries and using tools including CU-Data Reporting System to access proposal, award, and expenditure data from the CU databases to fulfill data requests from the Dean, ADR, RSO, and others in the college.Create, compile, and edit professional marketing materials such as fliers, documents, and presentations about the college research enterprise to internal/external collaborators in partnership with the college communications team.Schedule and organize workshops, meetings, and events of various sizes and provide comprehensive logistics support including attendees from campus, industry, federal agencies, etc. Including gathering receipts to properly track expenditures.Monitors new sponsored research awards from the Office of Contracts and Grants database and recommends awardees to the ADR for congratulatory communications.Facilitation of Broader Impacts for NSF CAREER proposals. Including working with faculty through development and implementation.
