My approach to recruiting is shaped by 20 years of hands-on experience within the Marriott family. Having worked everywhere from the Front Desk to National Sales, I developed a practical understanding of how various departments and teams connect. That background helps me move beyond just matching keywords to finding people who fit the operational reality of a role.When my time with Marriott ended due to the pandemic layoffs, I reflected on which parts of my career fueled me most. I realized that identifying talent and helping people find their path was what I enjoyed most, so I chose to move into Talent Acquisition to focus on that work full-time.Currently, I handle full-cycle recruitment across the USA and Canada for 13+ retail brands.
