As the Chief Technologist for Computacenter’s ServiceNow practice, Haydn advises business leaders on the value opportunity the platform provides. He also leads on the Technical engagement with ServiceNow, spearheading the development of tailored applications leveraging the full breadth and depth of Computacenter’s rich expertise and partnerships. As a member of the Computacenter Office of the CTO Haydn has a breadth of knowledge across a range of supporting technologies which he can bring together with ServiceNow to enable customers to maximise the value proposition of their technology investments. Haydn’s value is founded in a wealth of practical experience as a prominent figure in the ServiceNow market for over 10 years. Prior to his current role Haydn was a Senior Strategic Architect leading Computacenter’s largest ServiceNow implementations across global organisations. This has covered Finance, Pharmaceutical, Public and Telecommunication sectors. He also brings a true customer centric perspective to the table as one of the first ServiceNow Platform Owners in the UKs Public Sector where his leadership of the programme was a key enabler of the central government agencies SIAM Transformation strategy. Haydn is a Fellow of the British Computer Society which is testament to his 25+ years experience in business transformation. Roles have included Technology Practice Lead for the core capabilities at the heart of the UK government’s £2.2Bn Universal Credit service; He led an Information Services Transformation with Budgetary responsibility for £150m, and as Technical Delivery Lead for a £400m HR transformation programme, he delivered a new digital service which became the foundation of the current cross government shared service. Haydn balances his passion for changing the world of work with an equal commitment to supporting his community through the role of governor at a leading secondary school and as a mentor to students of the Career Academies programme.
