Hello! I\'m Hayden. I work with founders, entrepreneurs and innovators, building products from 0 to 1 in David VS Goliath conditions. Using my broad set of problem-solving skills and rich, diverse experiences in different domains, I come up with creative ways to tackle business problems and get things done. I\'ve befriended failure, tasted success, and am always curious and eager to conquer the next challenge. My career started as an early employee (<5) at multiple startups, doing whatever needs to get done in order to grow. 10 years later, I still have that same energy, committed to the cause and ready to roll up my sleeves. I have been fortunate to have opportunities to take on key leadership roles, allowing me to explore a passion and knack for coaching and mentoring other talented individuals to grow into their potential.
