About Hayden Springer

I am a fourth-year student at Indiana University, Bloomington, pursuing a double major in Marketing & Sales and Digital and Social Media Business Applications. My passion for digital and social media marketing sprouted during my two-year job as a Hollister Collective Brand Agent through Archrival. Since then, I worked in several other brand agent roles, creating and posting content for Hype and Vice, Amazon Prime Student, and Samsung. I learned a lot about creating and posting content that appealed to Gen-Z, but I quickly realized that I would rather work behind the camera than in front of it. Over the summer (2023), I worked as a marketing intern for the start-up beauty company, THE UNSEEN, in London, England. As a Marketing Intern, I mainly worked on the influencer marketing side of things, finding and reaching out to community members and influencers to send products to. I also researched TikTok trends and crafted multiple TikTok strategies for their TikTok account.
