ABOUT HAYDEN OLSON

Seasoned business leader with experience in developing and growing business units in multiple industries. Led successful business unit launches and turn-arounds. Strong background in business development, pricing, finance, strategy, and building high performing teams. Currently, leading the strategic transformation of SD Government. I founded Olson Advisory Group, a strategy and organizational development firm, that partners with organizations and key leaders to set the proper conditions for sustainable growth. My experience in business operations, knowledge of finance, ability to quickly assess complex situations, helps me quickly address problems with create innovative solutions. My love for coaching leaders, and developing high performing teams provides a solid foundation for sustainable growth for any group. My experiences include: successful organizational transformations, reductions in error rates and cycle times, increases in new business orders and revenue, and expansion of operational margins with increased customer satisfaction. Before launching the consultancy, I\'ve held various positions in medium to large matrixed organizations with experience managing and operating in foreign countries. Over my career I have helped launch new business units, re-organized poor performing teams, negotiated strategic partnership agreements, participated in business expansion and numerous government contract awards.In addition to the business accomplishments, I am the Founder of Element Fitness, a faith-based fitness non-profit, author of the 10-week Element Fitness Journal, and public speaker on the topics of faith, fitness, and healthy habits. I recently relocated to the Space Coast of Florida with my wife and three daughters.
