About Hayden Deboer

I have extensive experience as a design verification test engineer in qualifying new products. My test experience ranges from low-level, initial research all the way up to new product introduction. Much of the qualification process requires extensive knowledge of proper testing techniques using digital multimeters, high precision calibrators, resistive loads, precision resistors, inductive loads, and other sensors. I have experience with leveraging all these techniques to develop and automate custom fixturing to gather the required validation data. I also have experience in configuration management and certification using tools such as SVN, JIRA, confluence, and Visure (similar to DOORs).My current work includes electrical design, test, verification and validation, team building, and interdisciplinary cooperation. I am always looking to expand my horizons with new skills and experiences. I can handle a substantial workload effectively and efficiently in the lab by delegating and prioritizing tasks amongst my team. This experience has provided me with many opportunities to build my leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
