Today marks one year of working at NASA Langley Research Center as a Records Management Analyst, and I remember my first day like it was yesterday. This opportunity to work for the government is something I truly cherish. I have learned so much regarding NASA\'s (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) records here at Langley, specifically concerning the proper schedule retention and disposition of permanent and temporary records. As well as growing and educating myself on the future of digitizing and maintaining records on the web, as we move to a more paperless society. I would like to thank my boss Jeffrey Begonia and Nannette Atkins for being such great mentors, as well as my family and friends for the support. I am looking forward to the future of working in this field and the federal government as a whole.
