   Part of HPE’s Global Communications & Marketing organization serving as a member of a highly visible team that curates content targeted toward all team members and some select targeted audiences- Strategy, curation, and execution of culture communications and culture oriented events to keep team members aligned with our company culture and the way it ties to executing on our strategy- Core role in executing HPE All Team Meetings. Responsibilities include executive scheduling and handling, program management, production assistance, and content creation- Co-lead HR executive communications and engagement with the creation and publication of important announcements from our Chief People Officer to the HR organization. Manage full production of HR All Team meetings both in person and digital, including script and agenda development, executive support and counseling, and meeting report outs- Continuous support of our evolving hybrid work strategy impacting team members across the world. Supported the roll-out of HPE’s hybrid work program in two different iterations. Once during COVID lockdown, and again when deemed necessary for team members to come into the office more frequently. This included detailed planning, sentiment measuring, and meticulous research to find a solution that worked for HPE and our team members.
