ABOUT HAYDEN MYERS

Passionate about the intersection of business integrity, strategic leadership, and client service, I recently earned my Master’s in Accounting from Virginia Tech and am currently pursuing CPA licensure. With a strong academic background in Accounting and Information Systems, I bring hands-on experience in audit, tax preparation, and financial analysis through internships in public accounting.My experiences have helped me build a solid foundation in GAAP principles, data accuracy, and client-focused problem solving. Whether performing audit procedures, preparing tax returns, or supporting special engagements, I have developed the technical and professional skills essential for success in today’s accounting field.In addition to my professional development, I have served in key leadership roles such as Vice President of Administration for the Accounting Society and Vice President of Operations for a large campus organization. In these roles, I led executive teams, managed operations, and strengthened my skills in communication, organization, and team coordination.As I continue working toward CPA licensure, I am enthusiastic about opportunities to contribute to organizations that prioritize accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
