ABOUT HAYDEN HARTSELL

I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Auburn University\'s Harbert College of Business, and I am expected to graduate in May 2025. In terms of work experience, I\'ve had the opportunity to work as a Courier and Circulation Services team member at Auburn University Libraries, where I\'ve been responsible for managing correspondence and ensuring the smooth delivery of reference materials. Additionally, I had a role as a Head Lifeguard and Shift Manager at Homewood Parks and Recreation, where I supervised a team of over sixty employees, handled scheduling, and maintained pool safety. My past summer 2023 internship at Arc Realty was a valuable experience where I supported agent website profiles, assisted with open houses, and kept data well-organized. I also had the chance to build relationships with external business partners and engage in event planning. In terms of skills, I\'m highly organized, adaptable, and dedicated to providing excellent service. I have a strong focus on achieving goals and communicating effectively.
