About Hayden Dille

I am a huge believer that data is the future. Most companies operate with both hands tied behind their back because they are not utilizing the power and insights they could gain by understanding their customers.I have dedicated most of my adult life to learning how to gain those insights and leverage them to have a positive impact on people\'s lives. Throughout my economics degree at BYU I obtained technical skills that helped me know how to understand people\'s actions and the irrational decisions they make. I applied a personal business strategy emphasis when I competed in several strategy club competitions and tried my hand in the entrepreneurship \"Miller New Venture Challenge\".My opportunity to apply these technical skills came when I interned at Clearwater Analytics. I actively provided insights for their customers, analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data through programming tools like SQL. I also managed several internal projects of employee database creation and organization through Excel. Finally, I stretched myself by mastering several proprietary programs in the four months I was there.However, my favorite experience by far has been my time at Disruptive Advertising where I worked as a Data Analyst. After going through my accreditation in Domo, Google Analytics, and becoming proficient in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and various CRM including Salesforce and HubSpot, I began creating value for our clients. I have learned how to design and tailor a product package, craft a unique solution to specific client problems, and mentor new members of our team. I look forward to growing exponentially and becoming a disruptive force in the data industry.
