I’m a people-focused Talent Acquisition professional with experience hiring across the real estate sector. At Turner & Townsend, I partner closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent that aligns with both project needs and organizational values.In my current role, I also lead graduate recruiting operations for Canada and serve as the Deputy Lead for our Indigenous Engagement Committee, driving our Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Reconciliation (EDIR) efforts across the business. I’m passionate about building pathways for diverse and emerging talent and ensuring our hiring practices reflect a culture of inclusion and belonging.I’m continually honing my headhunting skills, using a proactive, research-driven approach to identify and engage exceptional talent.
