By optimising existing income generation activities, such as retail and fundraising, and by exploring and developing new revenue streams, I ensure the financial sustainability of the organisation.\\\\n\\\\nCompliance and Administration: I oversee the efficient operation of Rowcroft Hospice and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations in line with EU and UK legislative procedures.\\\\n\\\\nImpact and Profile Enhancement: My role involves enhancing the charity\'s impact on the community it serves and raising its profile within the region. Through strategic initiatives and partnerships, I strengthen the hospice\'s presence and outreach, leading to increased support and engagement from stakeholders.\\\\n\\\\nAdvisory Role to Trustees: I provide valuable insights and advice to the Board of Trustees, contributing to the formulation of policy and long-term planning.\\\\n\\\\nIn summary, my role as the CEO of Rowcroft Hospice goes beyond traditional business leadership.
